Self-check

Weeks 3–5

Instruments

From NDC to national statute. Outcome: a memo tracing one NDC target into a draft statutory duty.
Weeks 6–8

Craft

Negotiation mechanics, delegation strategy and the BTR. Outcome: a delegation brief for one contested issue.
Weeks 9–11

Clinic

Drafting a binding framework against a live brief. Outcome: a clause defended against a live challenge.
Week 12+

Dossier

A defended jurisdiction dossier, every claim sourced to a primary text.

How it works

When cohorts open, funded places are intended for practitioners from developing and emerging economies.

Cohort-based seminars led by practitioners from the negotiating process: drafting clinics against a real brief.

Every participant leaves with a drafted instrument, defended in the room.

The whole curriculum is free for registered learners and self-paced. When a live cohort is scheduled, registered learners hear first.
