Every year, the science grows sharper — and the law lags further behind. It is not, at its heart, a gap in data; it is a gap in translation. Evidence does not become law on its own — someone has to carry it across.
Green Diplomat was founded in 2023 on a simple wager: that this carrying-across is a craft — and a craft can be taught. What began as one diplomat's conviction is now a small, independent initiative organised around a single question.
