COP31 Delegation Fellowship

The Green Diplomat initiative is now recruiting its official delegation to the 31th Conference of the Parties (COP31), to be held in Antalya, Turkey. Selected fellows will receive full UNFCCC observer accreditation under the Green Diplomat delegation, access to pre-COP negotiation simulation training, daily delegation briefings during the conference, and structured guidance from experienced multilateral practitioners.

Eligibility criteria: Applicants must hold demonstrable technical expertise in energy law, climate finance, adaptation planning, or renewable energy policy. Priority will be given to practitioners from Least Developed Countries (LDCs), Small Island Developing States (SIDS), and the MENA region. Academy certification is recognized as a qualifying credential.
